• 50 Shoulder 2 OH
• 50 Hollow Rocks
• 50 FS
• 50 Pushups
• 50 Partner Medball Situps (20/14)

Only 1 partner may move at a time. Reps may be split up any way as long as each partner does at least 1 rep of each movement. (Partners are not doing 50 reps each)
