WOD 4-2-13

Overhead Lunges: 5 sets of 4 (per leg)
Start light and work up to a heavy set. If you cannot find balance with a bar, use plates or med balls.

For Time:
• 20 KB Swings (55/35)
• 30 T2B
• 400 M Run

After Party: Balance on one foot for 2 minutes (accumulated time). Do this on both feet. Up the ante by standing on a dumbell.
