AMRAP in 10:
• 5 HSPU
• 5 FS (135/95)
• 5 T2B
• 5 DL (135/95)

After Party: 10 GHD sit-ups, 10 GHD hip extensions. (Sub hollow rocks and supermans if you need to scale)
