Heavy-ish
1 Rep is: 1 Snatch from the floor, 1 from the Hang, then 1 from the high hang. Ideally this is done without dropping the bar. Rest about a minute b/w sets.

With a Running Clock:
2 Min ME Handstand Holds (accumulate as many seconds as possible)
AMRAP in 6:
15 Power Cleans (115/75)
15 Burpees
2 Min ME Handstand Holds
AMRAP in 4:
10 Power Cleans
10 Burpees
