Bear Complex Ladder

Complete the following without dropping the bar:
• 1 Power Clean
• 1 Front Squat
• 1 Push Press
• 1 Back Squat
• 1 Push Press (from back)

Men: Start with a 45# bar (RX)
Women: Start with a 30# bar (RX)

Once completing the complex, add 10-20 pounds to the bar. Repeat this process until you have found a max. Rest as little as possible between each complex. Upon reaching failure, you may attempt the complex 1 more time at the weight you failed at.

    Got up to 285 on the ladder. Failed the first jerk at 295#. Should’ve rested more. 40 burpees at the open standard.
