A word on our upcoming programming….
Today we are beginning a 5 week strength cycle. Strength is the most important element of fitness, and it’s where many of our athletes lack the most. The only way to get stronger is to lift heavy and lift more often. We will be doing Squats on Mondays, Deadlifts on Wednesdays, and an Overhead Presses on Fridays. Try to attend these days and lets see what kind of progress we can make in the next 5 weeks. We will do these along with a met-con so don’t worry your little heart out; you will still get the adrenaline rush when you hear the words 3-2-1-GO!
