WOD 4-30-12

Clean: 1 Rep Max  5-3-3-1-1-1

“DT”  5 Rounds For Time:

  • 12 Deadlift (155/105)
  • 9 Hang Clean
  • 6 Push Jerk

Use 1 weight for all 3 movements. As a rule of thumb, if you can’t Push Jerk the weight with confidence, scale to a manageable weight. This is a “Hero WOD” and it is meant to be tough. Today’s WOD is in honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Put your all into every “Hero WOD”
