Back Squat 5×5
Guys increase weight by 20# each set
Ladies increase by 10-15#

For Time:
• 400 M Row (dampener on 1)
• 20 Inverted Burpees
• 10 DB Rows [per arm] (45/30)
• 20 Inverted Burpees
• 400 M Row (dampener on 10)

The DB Rows will be done in pushup position, alternating each arm.

We will NOT be having a noon class today! Please pass the word on and feel free to drop in at CFB for their 11:30am class.
