Back Squat:
1-1-1-1-1
(Ideally, all of these reps should be done at 100% of your 3 rep max)

Overhead Squat:
5-5-5 (Heavy)

AMRAP in 12:
50 Double Unders
7 Burpees

Each round you will increase the Burpees by 7 (round 2-14, rd3-21…)
