WOD 5-22-13

Balance Box Jumps 6×5 (per leg)

Jump with both feet leaving the ground at the same time but land on the box with only 1 foot. Try working up to a taller box or adding height with plates; try landing in a pistol.

• Tabata C2B Pullups
• Tabata Situps
• Tabata SDLHP (95/65)

Score is total of lowest # reps done. For C2B Pullups, you may use any combination of bands to achieve the range of motion. Rest between movements will be about 1 minute.

We will not be having classes on Memorial Day (next Mondayp). We will only be having open gym from 12-1. Plan on doing “Murph” but know that you may do whatever you like. There will be NO COACHING during this time.
