For Reps: Clean + Jerk Ladder (95/65)
Complete 1 Clean + 1 Jerk, then 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks, then 3+3, 4+4, etc.
Each movement must be done unbroken. You may rest as much as you want but the bar may only rest on the floor once you have completed a working set. Ex: 3+3, rest, 4+4, rest.
This is not timed, rest minimally between working sets. Score is total # of reps completed. WOD is over upon reaching failure.
