CrossFit Lumberton Is Open Full Time!

Press 5-5-5-5-5


Sled Pull x 3 Rest 2-3 minutes between each effort, increase load each effort. From far wall to far wall.


AMRAP in 5 minutes:

5 Wall Ball 20/14

5 KB Swings 55/35

(refer to 12/6/11 to compare old scores)


Starting February 27 we will be moving the Noon class to 11:30am. Also, there is a box in the middle room labeled “Free Stuff” with misc sweaters, shirts, flip flops. Go through it and take your things. All the items will be donated to goodwill at the end of next week.


TODAY begins the journey to the CrossFit Games. We want EVERYONE to compete in the CrossFit Open this year. The first step is to get your profile set up at http://games.crossfit.com/


CrossFit Lumberton is open full time. Classes are at 6am, noon, and 6pm. Your membership at CFB allows you to attend classes at Bridge City, Mid-County, and Lumberton. Whichever gym you plan on attending classes the most is the one you should be signed up at. If you need to switch your membership to a different gym let us know.

    I am still sore from Monday and Tuesday, and that was after taking yesterday off, but I’d like to get in there tonight. This looks interesting. I’m also anxious to check out Lumberton. Hope to see everyone at 6pm.

    25#, 30#, and 35# on the pulls. Hard but fun.

    I was 3 swings shy of 8 rounds with RX weight but not really squatting low enough to qualify for RX.

    Still fun!
