KB Snatch 2 Rep Max: 5-5-3-3-2-2-2

AMRAP in 10 mins:

  • 1 Pushup
  • 1 Back Squat (bodyweight)
  • 1 Burpee

Add 1 rep to each movement at the beginning of each new round.

  •  Ex: Rd 2- 2 pushups, 2 BS, 2 burpees. Rd 3- 3 pushups, 3 BS, 3 burpees

Don’t forget, we will not be having the 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm classes this Friday. Also, starting next Monday, in order to attend the 6 am class you must RSVP at least 1 day in advance. A quick call or text to Sean or Clayton is all that is needed.
