These do not have to be touch-and-go, but rest no more than 5 seconds between each rep.
AMRAP in 12:
• 12 DB Rows (45/30) [total] • 12 Thrusters (45/33)
• 12 Pullups
Rows will be done from the pushup position. Pull the DB up until the back of your arm is parallel with the ground or higher. The thrusters will be done with barbells.
