Muscle-Up Skill Work

AMRAP in 3/5/7:
• 20 Reverse Wall Touches
• 20 KB Swings (55/35)
• 20 Box Jumps (30/24)
• 20 Thrusters (95/65)

For this WOD you will do a 3 minute AMRAP, then a 5 minute AMRAP, then a 7 minute AMRAP. Rest 1 minute between each AMRAP. Score is total number of full rounds completed in all 3.
