AMRepAP in 5 Mins:

  • 50 Pushups
  • 50 DB Push Press (45/30)
  • 50 Situps
  • 50 KB Swings (55/35)

Go through the list and get as far as possible in 5 minutes. If you finish before time is up, start going back through the list. Keep a running total of your reps; score is number of reps completed.

We have been planning to meet up Saturday after the free class is over (at 12 noon) and head over to the Lumberton Young Life Crawfish Boil Fundraiser.
