WOD 9-24-12

Strict Pullups: 3 sets of 10
Tall Box Jumps: 3 sets of 10

Alternate between pullups and box jumps for all sets. Pullups can be done with bands, but NO KIPS. Jump a taller box than normal or add a plate to the box you normally jump.

For Time: 21-15-9
• DL (225/155)
• DB Strict Press (40/25)
• Toes2Bar

After Party: 15 Burpees
Do all 15 burpees as SLOW as possible. This is a combination of a cool down and stretching. Slow your roll!
