4 Rounds For Time:
• 15 DB Hang Cleans (45/30)
• 15 DB Deadlifts
• 800M Run

The run will decrease by 200M on each subsequent round. (800, 600, 400, 200)

CFMC will be hosting Barbells For Boobs this Saturday. In an effort to help support them, and the efforts of this cause, we will NOT be having any classes this Saturday. Instead we will be heading to join our sister gym for a great workout! More info can be found HERE
