WOD 9-7-12

Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
Max Effort in 2 minutes

Max Effort in 2 minutes

4 Rounds For Time:
• 10 Pullups
• Shuttle Run
• 5 Burpees

The shuttle run will start at the pullup rig. You will run to the black wall and back twice. This WOD is meant to be hard and fast, so give it your best effort. Let’s see how fast the times will be! Post time to comments.

Remember we are not having a 10am members class this Saturday. Your WOD will take place in Downtown Beaumont at the BPOA 5k. Register online at or register at the day of the event. The 11am class will be a nice cool down for you!

    ATTENTION: Wendy and Mark are needing some help moving 3 pieces of baking equipment TOMORROW around 3 pm. They are about 350# each and we could use any extra hands. If you can help out please let Sean know. It should only take about 20 minutes or so. CrossFit is all about community so let’s help out some of our CFL family!
