AMRAP in 4 Mins:

  • 5 Air Squats
  • 5 Pushups

Rest 2 Mins, then AMRAP in 4 Mins:

  • 7 Goblet Squats
  • 7 Situps

Score is total number of full rounds completed in both AMRAPs.
