WOD 12-4-13

Find a 5 rep max on Deadlift, then find a 3 rep max

Death By: KB Swings
Start with 3 swings in minute 1, increase by 3 reps on each subsequent minute.

Death By: Mutant Man-Makers
Start with 1 rep in minute 1, increase by 1 rep on each subsequent minute.

When you can no longer complete the required reps for each minute you will rest. Scores will be total number of rounds completed on each “Death By”
