Front Squat/Back Squat

*from a rack, complete 7 Front Squats, then re rack and immediately do 13 back squats at the same weight. DO NOT REST WHEN CHANGING SQUAT POSITIONS.
IF you did this on Monday, use 94% of the weight you used then. If you Didn’t do it on Monday, use 65% of your 1rm Front Squat.
*if you weren’t able to make yesterday’s class and would like to give “Grace” or “Isabel” a shot instead, have at it.
