WOD 4-11-14

For Time:
• 200 Singles
• 100 Joggers
• 50 DU’s
Each jumprope skill will be done seperately with a rest period of about 2 minutes between each effort. (Once all athletes are done)

AMRAP in 12:
• 7 Snatches (135/95)
• 100 M Run
• 5 Inverted Burpees
• 1 Muscle Up

Our free kids class is today at 5:30! It is open to children of members, ages 5-12.
