Our Steadfast Bootcamp program is designed to help you get in great shape without the intimidation of a barbell. You will do workouts with an emphasis on more cardio, body toning, and moving light weight faster. Our program is great for beginner through advanced athletes. Classes are offered 3 times per week. We’re so confident that you’ll enjoy our bootcamp, the first week is on us. That’s right, the first week is always free!

We currently offer class times at 4:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
