Toes To Bar: 3 sets of 10

For Time:

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 75 M Run
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 200 M Run
  • 30 KB swings
  • 400 M Run

Don’t forget that our Grand Opening is tomorrow, starting at 11am. Also, starting on Monday we will be having 5:30 and 6:30 pm classes in place of the 6 pm class. AAAANNNNDDD NOWWWW, for the moment you’ve all been waiting for……

“Lumber-Jacked”         For Time:

  • 20 Deadlift
  • 400 M Run w/Barbell
  • 20 OHS
  • 400 M Run w/Barbell
  • 20 Cleans
  • 400 M Run w/Barbell
  • 20 Front Squat
  • 400 M Run w/Barbell

You will disassemble your bar after each movement, then run with your bar, then reassemble your bar for the next movement. You will use the same weight for all 4 lifts, 135# for guys RX and 75# for girls RX. You must use clips on the bars.
