This is what a WOD should make you feel like!
5 Rounds of: AMRAP in 3 Mins
- 3 Power Cleans (135/95)
- 6 Pushups
- 9 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute between each AMRAP round. Score is total number of full rounds completed. Your goal should be to complete the same number of rounds in all 5 AMRAP attempts.
If you are going to participate in the Paleo Challenge you need to sign up ASAP. Your “Before” pictures should be taken while relaxed; from the front, side, and back. Your waist measurement should be taken while relaxed, at the belly button. Your weight should be taken within 3 days of the start of the challenge. The challenge starts June 1, all money, pics, measurements and weight are due in by June 4.
