AMRAP in 9:

  • 7 Hang Cleans (135/95)
  • 5 Ground to Overhead (athlete preference)

Congratulations to our Paleo Challenge winners!!! After much deliberation over everyone’s great results we decided on these 3 as the top competitors. We chose the winners based off of difference in weight, inches, appearance, and overall performance. We chose an overall winner, a weight/inch/appearance winner, and a performance/appearance winner. These guys are walking away with some CA$H MONEY and a new lease on life!

  • 1st Place: Katie Wooten (overall of the 4 categories)
  • 2nd Place: Wendy Holst (weight/inch/appearance)
  • 3rd Place: Grant Belvin (performance/appearance)
