We are having quite a few new faces rolling into the gym now. Make sure to welcome all of our new members and help reassure them when they struggle. The community that CrossFit creates is awesome and we want to build an army of athletes!

Be advised: baby Manzer will be here in the near future (we don’t know when) and there may be a few classes canceled due to scheduling issues. We plan on having all classes covered but life happens. We hope you will understand if this happens. All complaints can be forwarded to the Honey Badger.
