ME DU’s in 2 mins x3
You will have a few mins of rest between each effort.

AMRep in 10:
• 10 DU
• 5 Push Press (95/65)
• 20 DU
• 10 Push Press
• 30 DU
• 15 Push Press…. Etc…

This WOD will continue through the ladder until time is up.

    Du’s 60-65-85
    WOD-Du’s and did Back Squats 95# instead
    Of Push Press – 136 total reps
    *Feels good to be back after being out sick
    For the past 2 weeks! Out of shape though.

    Du’s 34-26-21 (i might have these wrong I kind of forgot)
    I did half DUs and I did the rx’d weight of 65#

    So I did around 98 reps in all…I think lol
