A. Clean Pulls 5×5
B. Snatch Pulls 5×5

The pulls will consist of a “1st pull” going into a “2nd pull.” There should be 2 distinct speeds. A slower, deadlift like starting speed and then an explosive jump and shrug from the knee.

For Time:
10-1 Burpees
1-10 Toes 2 Bar
20 DUs

Start with 10 burpees, 1 T2B, and 20 DUs. Finish with 1 burpee, 10 T2B, and 20 DUs.
