We are excited to announce our upcoming kids program! Leading up to the start of this 6 week program we will offer a free kids class every Friday in April at 5:30 pm- Our first class is tonight at 5:30!. (4/4 & 4/11 will be limited to members kids, 4/18 & 4/25 will be open to anyone)

Dates: May 6th – June 12th
Class: Tue/Thur, 5:30-6:15
Ages: 5 – 12
Cost: $75 per child

Parents who are members of any CrossFit box are welcome to drop in and workout with our 5:30 class while your kiddo is wodding.

Parents who are not members of a CrossFit box can get in on the fun too. We will have a special combo rate for a parent and child.
