• 60 Wall Ball* (20/14) [14/10] • 40 Pullups (red band scaled women)
• 20 Power Snatch (115/75) [85/55] • 10 Muscle-Ups (ring dips scaled M/F)

If you complete the chipper, start on a 2nd round. *Wall Ball shots will ALL be done at a 10ft target. Score is total reps completed.
