    With a 15:19 I improved by 37 seconds! (from Feb 8)
    I also went up from the 26#kb to the 30# and
    used green/purple bands on the pull-ups from green/red.
    And, yes, true to form, I was DEAD LAST…SO WHAT!?!?!?!

    Becky, I noticed my forearms hurting when I started the last 400. Never had that part of me hurt before…or maybe other parts were always hurting worse and I just didn’t notice!

    sheree, that may have been it!!! although, it has happened to me before, I’m thinking after the 2000m row… my grip was gone by the end of today! I had to break up the last set of pull ups into 6-4-2 because I felt like I was going to fall off the bar

    Helen 1 JD 0. I wanted to RX this wod so bad but after the first set of unbroken 53 kb swings I had to check my ego and went with a red band.

    Time was 16:41… This was my first time to do pull ups not ring rows with Helen … And I went from 18#kb to the 26#… thank you Nakia for talking me through it!!!! Much appreciated!!!!

    super disappointed in me for not being able to do 12 pullups in under like 40 secs i think. totally choked at the end of this wod to reach my goal of sub 9. but i did PR by 20 secs on what did feel like a longer run and of course a new pullup bar which im not use to.

    nice to have a big mens class at 5. new faces!
