Row
Box Jumps (20/16)
Tire Flips
Wall Balls (20/14)

Rest 1:00 minute between rounds. This WOD is done in the style of Fight Gone Bad.

Dont forget to place your hoodie order this week. Money is due by This saturday. One of these days you may experience temperatures that will require a hoodie. Be prepared.
