WOD 2-4-13

Farmers Carry 2×200 M
Use KB’s or DB’s. You will start with the clock and do the first carry for time. Rest exactly 3 minutes before starting the second carry. Score is total time. (End time minus 3 minutes). You are allowed to set the weights down, but dropping them results in an immediate 10 burpee penalty.

AMRAP in 12:
• 5 FS (155/115)
• 5 Burpees
• 15 Russian KB Swings (55/35)

Planning on competing in the Open? If you have not signed up there is still time! If you are signed up and cannot do WOD 13.1 on Friday night or Saturday morning, let a coach know so that we can make sure you get it done before Sunday afternoon!

For you Team athletes: The final roster must be decided by Sunday evening at the closing of WOD 13.1

    Farmers Carry: 35# kbs = 3:51 – these were tougher than I thought

    6 rounds – RX’D!!! 😀 + 5FS + 5 burpees + 5 russian kb swings… almost another full round… booo lol I need to stop resting so much

    I did 28 DUs in 2 minutes.
