WOD 6/29/11

AMRAP in 8 minutes with a partner:

Sled Pull Forward/Backward (90#/50#)

Max Double Unders (or singles for scaling)

One partner will start with their sled at the edge of the pull-up rig and pull the sled facing forward until they touch the gate outside the bay door, they will then turn around and pull the sled facing backwards until they can touch the pull-up rig. During that time their partner will be completing as many double unders as possible. Switch after each sled pull. Score is total number of double unders or singles completed.

Cash Out – 100 Push-Ups

    Michelle (nice to meet you by the way) and I got 375 singles and pulled 45#. Should have pulled 50. It wasn’t the weight that got me. It was the running backwards!

    I LOVE 6 am class!! Ashley & I did the RX weight for the pull, but did singles (285). Pulling the sled was fun! It was great to meet the morning crew! Oh and the showers are AWESOME!

    I posted once, but who knows if I even sent it! LOVE 6 am workout and the fun people in the class!! Showers are AWESOME and Sled pulling is FUN! 🙂

    Me and Stephen pulled 90# and I got 42 double unders, 100 pushups rx!! That was fun!!! I think I love the sled!!

    That was much harder than it seemed from the website. 54 DU’s my partner was Clay. 5:37 on the cash out pushups.

    Sara was my partner. We pulled 50#, I did 163 DU and she did 400 singles. This workout was so much fun!
