    I kicked ass the last time I played Ultimate Frisbee. We played at the beach, and I learned how to throw into a stiff wind, and our team got up 3 scores before the other team figured it out. Secret: low and hard.

    I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Ive never played this game. You need to teach me so I can learn to dominate. BTW…. are there ever going to be any crossfit compadres basketball, soccer, flag football games? I crossfit so I can be good at this other stuff.
