*1 set is 2 High hang cleans (preferrably without dropping the bar) then 1 Jerk.

10 Handstand Pushups
15 Toes 2 Bar
50 KB High Pulls (55/35)
*rest 1:1*
*KB high pulls begin with the Kb on the ground then end with hands at the chin and elbows below the chin.
