that I need to muscle snctah/clean more, to get into the habit of pulling myself under the bar instead of trying to jump inderneath it. When I try to get underneath I do not get to full extension first.

Fast Shrimp is one of her recipes and a ftiorvae for both me and Tim. We had none leftover tonight, which will stink for me tomorrow at lunch time. I got all the ingredients for this from Trader Joe’s, and the total cost was about $18.00 (the shrimp took the bulk of it being $13.50.)

What can I say; today was a great day to be involved in CrossFit. The boy’s turend up not knowing what was in store. Warmed up, gave them the brief on Tosh , no drama, no bitching about a running WOD, just head down/ass up and nailed it big time! Isiaha set a cracking pace early, great times posted and impressed with the speed of his recovery between rounds. Che finished real strong, check out his last round @ 4.59, massive effort to finish with!!! This was CrossFit personified!!! These guys are pushing each other and are gonna reap the rewards big time!!! Super proud today.

Just looking at the seamnir topic titles and not knowing the content of each one, I see one that teaches/distinguishes between Athlete/Health crossfiters, and the rest look like they might be more targeted to the Athlete. If that assumption is correct, then I would look at doing two seperate seamnirs one simply for the athlete and one for the health crossfitter. If I am wrong, I would work over the titles of the subjects to reflect something that would entice both groups to attend.

Yum. That sounds more itnirsteng than my stew: dump a roast in the slowcooker, put in salt and pepper with maybe savory and marjoram, add carrots, potatoes, and celery, dump in a pot of bone broth from last night’s chicken that’s been simmering on the stove top. Cook until tender. VP

If you think about it, Facebook has almost a billion users. When they charged $.99 US per month, they would earn over 10 Billion $US per year! Yet, there is no need to charge anything to users (and risk losing audience) because they generate revenue from advertisers and partners, and they can increase advertising rates to earn more, if they wish. No advertiser is likely to turn down the opportunity to reach a billion persons.
