Tabata Mash-upBurpees Push-Ups
Tabata is an interval protocol which has 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated for 8 intervals for a total of 4 minutes. With this workout you will be completing two tabata intervals (8 minutes total) alternating each work cycle between burpees and push-ups. You will need a stop watch so you can know when to start working and when to rest.
The way this workout will look: With a running clock do as many burpees as possible in the first 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, then do as many pushups as possible in 20 seconds, rest 10…and repeat 7 more times. The workout will last exactly 8 minutes. Your score will be your total number of reps completed. Post score to comments.
