WOD 9-11-12

“9/11 Heroes”

For Time:
• 110 Box Step-ups (24/20)
• 2-100m Plate Carry/Bear Crawl (45/25)
• 60 Barbell Pike Pull (45/33)
• 2-100m Plate Carry
• 343m Row

The 110 box step-ups represent the 110 flights of stairs climbed. The plate carries represent the gear carried back and forth. The bear crawls represent the search and rescue efforts in all of the rubble. The barbell pike pulls represent the efforts to break through the rubble to free survivors and the 60 law enforcement officers who lost their lives. The row represents pulling survivors to safety and the 343 firefighters who lost their lives.
