- On Monday, in observance of Memorial Day we will have the 6am and Noon class. We will also be doing a special Hero WOD “Murph” at 2 PM. We WILL NOT HAVE THE 5:30 or 6:30pm CLASSES. Schedules will resume normally Tuesday morning.
