EMOM for 5 minutes:
2 Hang Squat Cleans @ 70%
this is intended to be a warmup for the Deadlift. You will still need to take a few warmup sets working up to 80-90% of your estimated 1rm. Rest, then make your attempts.

20 minutes to establish a 1RM Deadlift.

Rest 5 Minutes
