• 100 Thrusters (95/65)
***Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees***

This WOD starts with 5 burpees. After the burpees, complete as many thrusters as possible until the next minute starts. Once the next minute starts you must complete 5 burpees before continuing the thrusters.
