WOD 6-15-12

20 minutes to find your Deadlift 5 rep max, then 1 rep max

“Lil Angie”

For Time:

  • 25 Pullups
  • 25 Pushups
  • 25 Situps
  • 25 Air Squats

Today’s WOD is an all out sprint! Your goal should be to do each movement unbroken. This is going to be a relatively short WOD, so put your all into it. You only get out of it what you put into it!

    Today I managed to dead lift 5# more than the goal I set for myself when i walked in and saw the 1 rep max on the board.. I maxed out at 205# today! 20#’s more than the last time… I absolutely love doing something like that because its just another reminder of how far I have come. I noticed that a few of my Lumberton buddies also exceeded, by a good amount, their last dead lift max as well… Can I just say, WE ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
