1-10 Bar Facing Burpees
You’ll do 10 push press, then 1 Back squat, 9 Push press 2 Back squat…….all the way to 1 Push press !0 Back squats. Run the 800m, then do the same for Snatches and Burpees.
The goal is to do the entire scheme of Push Press and Back squats without dropping the bar. You should also go unbroken on the snatches.
