CrossFit Kids is entirely and absolutely CrossFit, geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of a younger population.
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes. Increase sports performance in soccer, baseball, football, basketball, gymnastics, and more.
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant at any level.
CrossFit Teens builds off of the foundation that our Kids class creates, and begins to introduce more complex movements that are preparing teens for sport, life, health, and wellness. CrossFit Teens helps to bridge the gap from simpler versions of our foundational movements to the more challenging versions that teen bodies and minds need. CrossFit Teens also helps teens develop better movement patterns earlier, which gives a more competitive advantage in sports.
CrossFit Kids: Ages 5-12 – Monday and Wednesday 3:45-4:30
CrossFit Teens: Ages 12-17 – Tuesday and Friday 6:30-7:30
