Wall Climbers, Hand Stands, Walking Hand Stands

“Fight Gone Bad Mix-Up”

1 Minute at each station for 3 Rounds
• Shuttle Run
• Thrusters (95#/65#)
• Sit-Ups
• Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)
• Ring Dips

Rest exactly one minute between each round. Score is max number of reps completed.
