A. Pistols 5×5 (each leg)

B. Deficit HSPU 5×5 (hands on 45# plates, scale as neccessary)

Alternate between Pistols and HSPU for all sets.

AMRAP in 7:
• 5 FS (bodyweight)
• 10 HR Pushups
• 2 Pistols (per leg)

After Party: 100 Flutter Kicks w/KB
