Deadlift: find a 1 rep max

4 Rounds For Time:
• 200 M Run
• 50 Situps
• 25 Pushups

Friday Night Lights will be held at CrossFit Bridge City this week. If you cannot make it out, we will be doing WOD 13.2 on Saturday at 10 am. As always, let us know if you need to do 13.2 during the week.
